According to the French report that Faraj remained silent during the meeting and did not express his opinion during the secret summit, which surprised the participants. On Faraj, the site of the newspaper "Maariv", which quoted the French report that the head of the Palestinian intelligence is a strong candidate to succeed the Palestinian President, Abu Mazen, and enjoys the confidence and love of the US administration.
The report revealed that the summit took place a day before another secret meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Jordan's King Abdullah in Aqaba. They discussed the latest developments in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the eve of the US peace plan and the Iranian threat in both countries. .
