In his first official statement to the Eritrean government on the Ethiopian initiative to accept the border demarcation, President Isaias Afwerki said in his speech on the occasion of the Martyrs' Day, which falls on June 20, that acceptance of the border demarcation by Ethiopia is an expression of the popular will to change Ethiopia.
