An important statement about the current political situation and the press conference of the Third Front.
We, in the leadership of the Kordofan Development Association, followed the press conference held by our comrades, the leaders of the Third Front, with whom we share many things, the most important of which is the signing of the Juba Peace Agreement on October 3, 2020.
We are secure in all that was stated in the conference and we agree with them that the peace agreement is exposed to risks and threats, which we summarize as follows:
* Weak coordination between the signatory forces for peace and the situation requires the highest levels of harmony and harmony.
* The delay in scheduling and organizing the steps of the military and security arrangements, led to the slippages that threaten the peace.
* The slow implementation of the agreement necessarily creates confusion in the rules of the factions that signed the agreement.
* Confusion from some peace factions wanting to implement the agreement because of their desire to achieve their own agenda, which creates subjective concerns that permeate unity and cohesion and allow discord, the most important of which is ethnic and tribal conflict.
We in the Kordofan Development Association look at peace issues from the perspective of the comprehensive national crisis that Sudan has been experiencing for decades due to the unbalanced development and imbalance in the system of government, and it is the same crisis that created Sudan’s complex, complex, intertwined wars and created national revolutionary movements such as the Third Front.
Armed conflicts squander the resources of the Sudanese countryside and displace people. Therefore, we saw that there is no path without a just and comprehensive peace, whose entrance became a reality because of the Juba Agreement, which was allowed by the revolution on April 11, 2019 AD.
We stress the importance of merging and demobilizing all factions according to the Juba Agreement, without distinguishing between faction and faction, in order to remove the fuse forever and close the door to the return of conflict and war, because we believe that wars and security tensions are the obstacle to development, stability, and optimal exploitation of natural and human resources.
We in the Kordofan Development Association still see that the Juba Peace Agreement is a gateway to stability, development, building Sudan, ending the war and its effects and eliminating its bitterness.; For this reason, we believe that the optimal implementation of the agreement is the best supporter and the deepest call for the joining of the non-signatory factions, especially the comrades Abdul Aziz Al-Hilu and Abdul Wahid Ahmed Al-Nour.
Implementation of the Juba Agreement in the best way makes lasting peace a reality. Everyone seeks to join its knees. That is why we count on the Peace Sponsor, the First Deputy of the Sovereignty Council, Awal Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, to bridge obstacles and support the unity and cohesion of the peace forces in order to be effective.
We do not see a way to the security, peace and stability of Sudan except with the unity of the forces of the April 2019 revolution, and the unity of the peace forces with the unity of the factions that signed the peace. The ultimate goal is to overcome the ordeals and dangers that surround Sudan; For this reason, we call on the forces of revolution and peace for a deep, comprehensive and transparent dialogue to move towards the future with the heart of one man, for a safe transition, construction, reconstruction and development.
* Yes to the unity of the revolutionary forces. Not to rip and scatter.
* Yes to the unity of the peace forces for the sake of lasting peace. No to war and chaos.
* Yes to the comprehensive implementation of the Juba Agreement.

بيان مهم حول الوضع السياسي الراهن والمؤتمر الصحفي للجبهة الثالثة.
نحن في قيادة تجمع كردفان للتنمية ، تابعنا المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقده رفاقنا قادة الجبهة الثالثة تماذج، الذين نشترك معهم في اشياء كثير اهمها توقيع اتفاق جوبا للسلام في ٣/ اكتوبر / ٢٠٢٠ م.
نأمن على كل ما جاء في المؤتمر ونتفق معهم ان اتفاق السلام يتعرض لمخاطر ومهددات نجملها فيما يلي:
* ضعف التنسيق بين القوى الموقعة للسلام والظرف يحتاح منها اعلى درجات الانسجام والتناغم.
* ان تاخير جدولة وتنظيم خطوات الترتيبات العسكرية والامنية ، ادى للتفلتات المهددة للسلام.
* ان البطء في انفاذ الاتفاق يخلق بالضرورة ارباك في قواعد الفصائل الموقعة على الاتفاق.
* ارتباك اردة تنفيذ الاتفاق من بعض فصائل السلام لرغبتها في تحقيق اجندتها الخاصة ، يخلق هواجس غير موضوعية تخلل الوحدة والتماسك وتسمح بالشقاق ، اهمها الصراع الاثني و القبلي .
نحن في تجمع كردفان للتنمية ننظر لقضايا السلام من منظور الازمة الوطنية الشاملة التي يعيشها السودان منذ عقود بسبب التنمية غير المتوازنة والاختلال في نظام الحكم وهي ذات الازمة التي اوجدت حروب السودان المعقدة المركبة المتداخلة واوجدت حركات ثورية قومية كالجبهة الثالثة تماذج.
فالصراعات المسلحة اهدر موارد الريف السوداني وشرد الانسان لذلك راينا انه لا طريق الا بالسلام العادل الشامل الذي اصبح مدخله واقعا بسبب اتفاق جوبا الذي سمحت به الثورة في ١١ / ابريل / ٢٠١٩ م.
نؤكد اهمية دمج وتسريح كل الفصائل بحسب اتفاق جوبا دون تميز بين فصيل وفصيل لكي ينزع والى الابد فتيل الاحتراب ويغلق الباب لعودة النزاع والاحتراب لاننا نعتقد ان الحروب والتوترات الامنية العقبة امام التنمية والاستقرار والاستغلال الامثل للموارد الطبيعية والبشرية.
نحن في تجمع كردفان للتنمية مازلنا نرى ان اتفاق جوبا للسلام مدخل لاستقرار وتنمية وبناء السودان وانهاء الحرب واثارها وتصفية مراراتها.؛ من اجل هذا نرى ان التفيذ الامثل للاتفاق افضل داعم واعمق نداء لانضمام الفصائل غير الموقعة عليه لاسيما الرفاق عبد العزيز الحلو وعبد الواحد احمد النور.
تنفيذ اتفاق جوبا بالاسلوب الافضل يجعل السلام الدائم واقعا يسعى الجميع للالتحاق بركبه لهذا نعول الى راعي السلام النائب الاول لمجلس السيادةالفريف اول محمد حمدان دقلو بان يجسر العقبات ويدعم وحدة قوى السلام وتماسكها لكي تكون فاعلة.
نحن لانرى سبيل لامن وسلام واستقرار السودان الا بوحدة قوى ثورة ابريل /٢٠١٩ ووحدة قوى السلام بوحد الفصائل الموقعة على السلام. فالهدف الاسمى تجاوز المحن والمخاطر التي تحيط بالسودان ؛ من اجل هذا ندعو قوى الثورة والسلام لحوار عميق شامل وشفاف للتحرك نحو المستقبل بقلب رجل واحد للانتقال الآمن والبناء والاعمار والتنمية.
* نعم لوحدة قوى الثورة . لا للتمزق والشتات.
* نعم لوحدة قوى السلام من اجل السلام الدائم. لا للحرب والتفلتات.
*نعم للتنفيذ الشامل لاتفاق جوبا.

Sudan’s issues require a Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue in the first place. This does not prevent the support of the African Union, the United Nations and Sudan’s partners - all of them have responsibilities in fostering peace, settling the displaced and refugees, removing the effects of war, and deepening and settling the culture of peace. From here, it must be emphasized that the central historical political forces did not accompany the final voice In shaping the future of the country, the Sudanese political forces have become broader than the traditional political parties to include political, intellectual and social forces that have found themselves in the depths of a civil war whose solutions are not in the ideas of the central political parties. The new active forces, including the Sudanese army, must have a decision in the future of the country. From here, the dialogue becomes based on building the state and its institutions, and the role of Sudan in building security and peace in the Red Sea, and creating a supportive environment for the state of South Sudan to become viable. It is difficult to patch up the old state. The time has come for the Sudanese state to become an expression of all Sudanese in the cities and peoples in the modern and traditional sectors with multiple intellectual and cultural references. The Sudanese’s commitment to building a modern state on the basis of freedom, peace and justice opens the way for the stability of the region from the Red Sea to the Atlantic Ocean, that is, from coast to coast. The Juba Agreement is a step to build national consensus to build the nation and the state, confirm national identity, highlight the country’s higher interests, and achieve national security that is in no way separated from international security and the dangers threatening the security of the region and the world.
