Many of my South Sudanese were in graduation gowns today and it would be unjust or selfish if I don't congratulate them.My gals,I was so proud of you  😘 😘 Especially the St Lawrence of Uganda and Nelan of Khartoum Sudan. *بناء الأصول هو نهج الأثرياء* *وبناء الخصوم هو نهج الفقراء* كثيرًا ما نسمع قصص نجاح لأشخاص بدؤوا من الصفر وكونوا ثروات ضخمة. ونسمع ونرى في المقابل مئات الأشخاص الذين بدؤوا من الصفر ولا زالوا فقراء رغم كل الأموال التي كسبوها خلال مسيراتهم المهنية. *فما هي أبرز الفروقات* بين طرق تفكير الفئتين؟ وما تأثير العقلية في تحقيق الثراء أو البقاء في الفقر؟ *بناء الأصول وبناء الخصوم* قرأت قصة لشاب فاز باليانصيب وحاز على مليون دولار عبر عجلة الحظ. فكيف أصبحت حياة هذا الشاب بعد حصوله على المليون دولار؟ صدق أو لا تصدق.. لقد أصبح مديونًا بمبلغ كبير بعد أقل من سنة! *كان يبني الخصوم بدلًا من بناء الأصول* ما حدث هو أن الشاب بدأ بشراء سيارة فارهة، ثم أتبعها بإستأجار فيلا ، ثم قضى بعض الوقت الممتع في السفريات. لكن ما أن انتهى المليون حتى وجد نفسه غارقًا في الديون. السيارة تتطلب صيانة، والصيانة مكلفة جدًا لهذا النوع من السيارات الفارهة. الفيلا كذلك تحتاج لدفع الإيجار وإلى حارس وخدم، وهو لم يعد يمتلك رواتبهم وقيمة الإيجار. *هذا ما يسمى بشراء الخصوم، وهو أسلوب الطبقة الفقيرة والطبقة الوس
