Indictments Filed for Teen Terrorists Who Attacked Elderly Jewish Women
Security forces nabbed teen terrorists who viciously attacked elderly women in Jerusalem on Memorial Day.
Three teen terrorists who chose to attack a group of elderly Jewish
women strolling down a Jerusalem path to enjoy a sunny Israeli holiday
were indicted Monday thanks to evidence gathered by the meticulous
efforts of a joint operation by Shin Bet intelligence agents and Israel
Police. The two security forces tracked down the terrorists who attacked the elderly women on Israel’s Memorial Day as they were resting on a bench along a path near the promenade in Jerusalem’s Armon HaNatziv neighborhood.
The three Arab terrorists are minors from the neighborhood of Jabel Mukhaber, a hotbed of terrorism – and their attack was pre-planned, according to a statement released by security officials. Two of the suspects were arrested earlier this month.
Two of the teen terrorists selected a group of elderly women who were walking along a path near the Shalom Forest to attack and stab. The women had sat down on a bench along the path during their walk, passing the two Arab youths in the process. The two, both wearing masks, attacked them from behind.
After the two were found and arrested, during interrogation they admitted to a third minor being part of their terror cell.
His job was to finish the job of attacking the elderly women in case the first two terrorists were killed before they could finish off their victims.
Police have arrested the third Arab terrorist as well.
