الإرهاب والأمن القومي للدول العربية

دفع تنامي خطر الجماعات المتطرفة في المنطقة العربية بلدان دول الخليج إلى إعادة رسم سياساتها الأمنية لمعالجة أزمات المنطقة وقضية الإرهاب.

دور دول الخليج العربي أخذ يكبر شيئا فشيئا في معظم أزمات المنطقة بعد أن ظلت الرياض رافعته الرئيسة وربما الوحيدة حتى وقت قريب.
ومقابل هذا الدعم الخليجي ترى القيادة المصرية الجديدة في أمن الخليج خطاً أحمر يوازي في أهميته الأمن القومي المصري.
ولعل اتخاذ أبو ظبي قرارها الاستراتيجي بالمشاركة في التحالف الدولي ضد ما يسمى تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية يعكس إرادتها في لعب دور يتقدم على سمعتها النفطية والاستثمارية، بيد أن بروز أدوار حواضر الخليج العربي في أزمات المنطقة لم يكن خاليا من تشنجات ندية، فسياسة الدوحة تسببت بخلافات مع أقربائها في المنامة وأبو ظبي والرياض.
ولعقود طويلة انتهجت دول الخليج العربي سياسة مستقرة إزاءَ أحوال المنطقة العربية فكانت تضطلع أحيانا بالوساطات لفض الخلافات، لكن العقد الثاني من الألفية الثالثة مزق على مايبدو أوراق عهدها القديم الراكن على عوائد برميل النفط
