تراجع تكتيكي
قال الدكتور قحطان الخفاجي أستاذ العلوم السياسية بجامعة النهرين العراقية لـ"سبوتنيك"، إن تراجع ترامب عن التهديدات التي أطلقها ضد إيران بعد حادث السفارة في بغداد، أعتقد أنه سلوك ظاهري لأن الأزمة بالفعل عميقة، ومن الناحية العملية لا أتوقع أن يتراجع تراجعا حقيقيا مهما أظهر ذلك، لأن الاحتدام وصل إلى حد كبير جدا، ويبدو أن إيران استعجلت الصدام مع واشنطن، مما اضطر الرئيس الأمريكي أن يظهر التراجع أو حالة عدم الصدام، لأن الوقت الذي يريده البيت الأبيض لم يحن بعد.
وأشار الخفاجي إلى أن الأمر لا يعدوا كونه تهدئه وقتية والنتيجة النهائية أن الصدام قادم ولكن ليس مع إيران مباشرة، بل مع الأطراف المؤيدة لها من الفصائل المسلحة الموالية لطهران عقائديا وسياسيا داخل العمق العراقي، المعركة القادمة بين الطرفين هى معركة بالوكالة تقوم بها أطراف عراقية مسلحة موالية لإيران وأطراف أخرى مقاطعة لطهران، وهذا هو الصدام الحقيقي بين الجانبين.
أدوات واشنطن
وأكد أستاذ العلوم السياسية، أن الضربات الجوية الأمريكية للأهداف المنتخبة داخل العراق ستكون أحد الأدوات الرئيسية، مع استمر تعميق الحصار الاقتصادي على إيران، ثم متابعة أفراد بعينهم داخل العراق، ترامب لا يريد استعجال الصدام و يتحين الفرصة لأن الوقت في صالحه، والنفط العراقي مازال يتدفق باتجاه الغرب والمصالح الأمريكية، هذا بالإضافة إلى أن حليف واشنطن بالمنطقة في مأمن من العراق وليس لديه استعداد لخسارة الجندي الأمريكي، والورقة التي تستخدمها أمريكا لضرب الفصائل الموالية لإيران بالعراق هى ورقة رابحة ومؤثرة جدا.
وأكد الخفاجي، ترامب بدأ يغازل الثوار والعراقيين غير الموالين لإيران، وتغريدته الأخيرة تؤكد دعمه للشارع بعد أن قال "على العراقيين أن يحرروا بلدهم من إيران"، هذا يدل على أن هناك آلية جديدة يقوم بها الجانب الأمريكي للاستعانة بالمتقاطعين مع إيران، لكن المتظاهرين أثبتوا استقلاليتهم عن أي طرف دولي، بعد ثلاثة أشهر من الاحتجاجات، وقد يكون الحراك العسكري أحد الأدوات أيضا لإحداث انقلاب عسكري تفرضه في بغداد.
أوراق ضغط إيرانية
من جانبه قال أحمد قبال الباحث في الشأن الإيراني‏ بمركز الدراسات السياسية والإستراتيجية بالأهرام المصري لـ"سبوتنيك"، تمتلك إيران العديد من أوراق الضغط الفاعلة والمؤثرة في المشهد العراقي، والنظام الإيراني ليس ببعيد عما يدور بالقرب من السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد، لكن في الوقت ذاته يحرص النظام وقادته على عدم الانخراط بشكل مباشر في الأحداث للحفاظ على آخر الخيوط في العلاقة مع الولايات المتحدة التي أوشكت على دخول مرحلة صراع مباشر، وتدرك طهران أن احتدام هذا الصراع قد يدفع أطراف ٥+١ إلى الانسحاب من الاتفاق النووي، بدلا من تبني المساعي على صعيد مساعدة إيران على تخطي آثار العقوبات.
وأضاف قبال، في المقابل يدرك الأمريكيون أن رد الفعل الإيراني يعتمد على أذرعها السياسية والعسكرية في العراق، وأن انفجار الوضع سيكلفها الكثير، إذا أخذنا في الاعتبار أيضا وجود تيار شعبي عراقي لا يثق بالولايات المتحدة، ويتبع زعامات ومرجعيات ايرانية ربما تدفعه لمزيد من التصعيد في الشارع العراقي.
وأشار الباحث بمركز الأهرام، تبدو مواقف الرئيس الأمريكي متناقضة إلى حد كبير، ومن الواضح أنه تلقى نصائح بعدم التصعيد بعد تهديداته التي تراجع عنها مؤخرا، خاصة وأنه شخصية تجيد اقتناص الفرص وعقد الصفقات.
تراجع ترامب
أكد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، اليوم الأربعاء، أنه لا يريد حربا مع إيران والتي تتهمها الولايات المتحدة بمهاجمة السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد.
وقال ترامب للصحفيين ردا على سؤال بشأن تصاعد التوتر إلى حرب مع إيران، "هل أريد؟ لا. أريد السلام وأحب السلام. ويجب أن ترغب إيران في السلام أكثر من أي شخص آخر. لذلك أنا لا أرى ذلك يحدث".
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي قال قبل ساعات مهددا إيران بعد اتهامه لها بالضلوع في تدبير الهجوم على السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد، إنها ستدفع ثمنا باهظا. وختم الرئيس الأمريكي كلامه أنه يقول ذلك على سبيل التهديد والوعيد لا التحذير.
وقد اتهمت الولايات المتحدة السلطات الإيرانية بالهجوم، بينما تنفي طهران ذلك.
وكان البنتاغون أعلن إرسال نحو 100 من مشاة البحرية الأمريكية إلى السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد، يوم الثلاثاء، لتعزيز الأمن بعد أن قام محتجون باقتحام مجمع السفارات.
وقال وزير الدفاع الأمريكي مارك إسبر، أمس الثلاثاء، إن الولايات المتحدة سترسل نحو 750 جنديا على الفور إلى الشرق الأوسط، ردا على احتجاجات عنيفة عند السفارة الأمريكية في العراق.
ويتظاهر الآلاف بمحيط السفارة الأمريكية بالعاصمة العراقية بغداد، منذ صباح الاثنين الماضي، احتجاجا على قصف أمريكي استهدف مواقع لقوات الحشد الشعبي قبل يومين، ما أدى إلى مقتل 27 شخصا وإصابة 62 من العناصر التابعة للحشد الشعبي في العراق.

وأضاف في تغريدة أخرى، "نحمل إيران المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي خسائر بشرية أو مادية في سفارتنا ببغداد".
وتابع، "أقول لإيران إنها ستدفع ثمنا باهظا جدا نتيجة اقتحام السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد وهو تهديد وليس تحذيرا".
