You have followed the unfortunate events that occurred following the protests of some soldiers, officers and non-commissioned officers in the Operations Authority of the General Intelligence Agency, which started with limited protests by some units against the post-service rights settlements of these soldiers.
It was hoped that the administration of the General Intelligence Service and the directors of the units that witnessed these protests would be given the opportunity to address them by the methods stipulated by the law of the agency itself and the civil service laws and laws in force in the country.
However, we have noticed the leaderships of the Sovereign and Transitional Councils rushing to describe the events as rebellion and then being drawn into talking about political scenarios and hands behind these protests, then we witnessed an unjustified escalation of dealing with them in a manner that led to the loss of lives within the systems of the regular forces that represent the nerve of security and stability in the country. Innocent martyrdom of the dignity of citizens affected by the fire of sedition, which contributed to this unjustified escalation.
The past period of the transitional government has witnessed major abuses by attacking the rights of workers in state institutions from displacement and referral to the public interest without the right or support from a law, as we have witnessed attempts to detail laws and employ judicial and justice institutions to become political institutions, all of this is done without support from an electoral mandate Or political consensus avoids the evils of confrontation.
Adjusting the conditions of public institutions in a way that serves as a prelude to free and fair elections is the goal of all and finds support and support, but using that as a cover for political purposes to target individuals and institutions leads to more sophistication and escalation and reveals prior intentions to pave the way for the sustainability of unelected institutions and unqualified persons.
We call upon all the wise and the wise to take urgent action to rectify matters before they escalate. What we witnessed yesterday is a limited mismanagement of the crisis and insistence on escalating it in a way that exposes the country’s stability to great dangers, foreboding human beings who spread almost everyone and not exclude anyone.
What is required now is to immediately reconsider the formation of the supreme transition institutions of the two councils of sovereignty and ministers and accelerate the compatibility with the criteria for managing the transitional period and assigning executive tasks to national competencies that are known for their integrity and impartiality and which enable them to perform their duties in a manner that secures the stability of the transitional period and mobilizes the people's energies behind The country to the right to electoral mandate.
We renew the prayers for the innocent martyrs, soldiers and officers of the regular forces and security services, and we ask God to heal the wounded.

تابعتم الأحداث المؤسفة التي وقعت اثر احتجاجات بعض الجنود والضباط وضباط الصف المعاشيين بهيئة العمليات بجهاز المخابرات العامة والتي بدأت باحتجاجات محدودة لبعض الوحدات على تسويات حقوق ما بعد الخدمة لهولاء الجنود.
لقد كان المأمول ان تعطى إدارة جهاز المخابرات العامة ومدراء الوحدات التي شهدت هذه الاحتجاجات الفرصة لمعالجتها بالطرق التي ينص عليها قانون الجهاز نفسه وقوانين الخدمة المدنية والقوانين السارية بالبلاد فتتم محاسبة التجاوزات ومراجعة أسباب الأزمة ومعالجة الأخطاء فيها.
ولكننا لاحظنا تعجل قيادات مجلسي السيادة والوزراء الانتقاليين الى وصف الأحداث بالتمرد ثم الانجرار الى الحديث عن سيناريوهات سياسية وأيادي وراء هذه الاحتجاجات ثم شهدنا تصعيدًا غير مبرر للتعامل معها على النحو الذي ادى الى ازهاق الأرواح داخل منظومات القوات النظامية والتي تمثل عصب الأمن والاستقرار بالبلاد. واستشهاد ابرياء من كرام المواطنين طالتهم نيران الفتنة التي اسهم فيها هذا التصعيد غير المبرر.
لقد شهدت الفترة الماضية من عمر الحكومة الانتقالية تجاوزات كبيرة بالاعتداء على حقوق العاملين بمؤسسات الدولة من تشريد وإحالة للصالح العام دون وجه حق او سند من قانون، كما شهدنا محاولات تفصيل القوانين وتوظيف موسسات القضاء والعدالة لتصبح موسسات سياسية، كل ذلك يتم دون سند من تفويض انتخابي او توافق سياسي يجنب البلاد شرور المواجهة.
ان توفيق اوضاع المؤسسات العامة على نحو يخدم التمهيد لقيام انتخابات حرة ونزيهة هو هدف الجميع ويجد الدعم والمساندة، ولكن استخدام ذلك غطاءا لأغراض سياسية في استهداف الأفراد والمؤسسات يؤدي الى مزيد من التعقيد والتصعيد ويكشف عن نوايا مسبقة للتمهيد لاستدامة المؤسسات غير المنتخبة والأشخاص غير المؤهلين .
اننا ندعوا كل العقلاءوالحكماء للتحرك العاجل لاستدراك الأمور قبل استفحالها فما شهدناه بالأمس من سوء إدارة لازمة محدودة واصرار على تصعيدها على نحو عرض استقرار البلاد لمخاطر عظيمة، ينذر بشر مستطير يكاد يعم الجميع ولا يستثني احدا.
ان المطلوب الان هو اعادة النظر فورا في تشكيل موسسات الانتقال العليا من مجلسي السيادة والوزراء والإسراع بالتوافق على معايير إدارة الفترة الانتقالية وإسناد المهام التنفيذية لكفاءات وطنية مشهود لها بالاستقامة والنزاهة والحيدة التي تمكنها من اداء وظيفتها على الوجه الذي يؤمن استقرار الفترة الانتقالية ويحشد خلفها طاقات الشعب ويعبر بالبلاد الى بر التفويض الانتخابي.
نجدد الدعاء للشهداء من المواطنين الأبرياء وجنود وضباط القوات النظامية والأجهزة الأمنية ونسال الله الشفاء للجرحى .
