The Sudanese Central Bank reveals a structure under the supervision of the World Bank
Khartoum 1-1-2020 (SUNA) - The Governor of the Central Bank, Professor Badreddine Abdel Rahim, revealed a structure for the Central Bank in the coming days under the supervision of a team from the World Bank, which includes studying the current situation of the bank, challenges and requirements.
The Governor of the Bank announced on the platform of the Sudan News Agency today, the initiation of new appointments for service entrances based on efficiency and transparency standards for the first time in years and the appointment is made through the General Selection Committee, revealing the establishment of a new law for the bank that is being worked on now in the last stages that achieves the financial independence of the bank and promotes His position.
Badr Al-Din expected that the bank will arrive in the coming period with support from Sudan’s friends, especially the technical aspects, pointing out that the bank’s cash liquidity position is reassuring, especially after restoring confidence between banks and customers, explaining that the bank is suffering from the problem of the storage capacity of currencies.
The Governor stressed that the bank seeks to borrow in the 2020 budget in the lower limits and the commitment of banks to the deficit rate in the range of 15%, denying that there is no trend to change the national currency.
With regard to the stability of the exchange rate, he said that it is one of the goals of the bank in the policies of 2020 and falls under financial and monetary stability, which is a mirror that reflects the economic situation in the country and the outcome of the economic process, which is an integrative process among all agencies related to economic reform, "noting the challenges facing the bank in the relationship Between the exchange rate, commodity support, and budget deficits due to borrowing and the large, uncovered pumping that leads to high prices and excess liquidity because of an imbalance between supply and demand in the economy, especially in developing countries.

المركزي السوداني يكشف عن هيكلة باشراف البنك الدولى
الخرطوم 1-1-2020م(سونا)-كشف محافظ البنك المركزي البروفيسور بدرالدين عبد الرحيم عن هيكلة للبنك المركزي فى الايام القادمة باشراف فريق من البنك الدولى  تتضمن دراسة الوضع الحالى للبنك والتحديات والمتطلبات   .
وأعلن محافظ البنك فى منبر وكالة السودان للأنباء االيوم  الشروع في اجراء تعينات جديدة لمداخل الخدمة  تقوم على معايير الكفاءة والشفافية لاول مرة منذ سنوات ويتم  التعين عبر لجنة الاختيار العامة، كاشفا عن وضع قانون جديد للبنك يجري العمل فيه الآن فى المراحل الأخيرة يحقق الاستقلالية المالية للبنك ويعزز موقفه .  
توقع بدر الدين أن يصل البنك  في الفترة القادمة  دعم من أصدقاء السودان خاصة النواحي الفنية ، لافتا إلى أن موقف السيولة النقدية بالبنك مطمئن خاصة بعد إعادة الثقة بين المصارف والعملاء موضحا أن البنك يعاني من مشكلة السعة التخزينية للعملات .
وأكد المحافظ سعي البنك بان تكون الإستدانة فى موازنة 2020م فى الحدود الدنيا والتزام المصارف بنسبة العجز فى حدود 15% ،نافيا  عدم وجود اي إتجاه لتغيير العملة الوطنية .
وفيما يتعلق باستقرار سعر الصرف قال إنه واحد من أهداف البنك في سياسات 2020م ويندرج تحت الاستقرار المالي والنقدي وهو عبارة عن مرآة تعكس الوضع الاقتصادي فى البلاد ونتاج للعملية الاقتصادية وهو عملية تكاملية بين جميع الأجهزة ذات الصلة للاصلاح الاقتصادي  "لافتا الى التحديات التى تواجه البنك فى العلاقة بين سعر الصرف ودعم السلع وعجز الموازنة بسبب الإستدانة والضخ الكبير غير المغطي بما  يؤدي لارتفاع الأسعار والسيولة  الفائضة لعدم التوازن بين العرض والطلب في الاقتصاد خاصة  في الدول النامية.
