باتت حفلات توقيع الكتب الجديدة محل منافسة ساخنة بين شريحة من الكتاب والأدباء، نظرا لما تلعبه من دور فعال في صناعة جماهيرية، ومساهمة قوية في زيادة مبيعات الكتاب. وتحرص الكثير من دور النشر على تنظيم حفلات التوقيع لكتابها بعد مرور شهر أو أكثر على صدور العمل، لتمنح أكبر عدد ممكن من القراء الفرصة لقراءته والاستعداد والتجهيز لمناقشته، لكن هذه الظاهرة هناك من يقابلها بالترحيب وآخرون يرون أنها مجرد ترويج فقط.

رُبا شحاتة، سيدة مجتمع مهتمة بالأدب والثقافة، تحرص على حضور معظم حفلات توقيع الكتاب والروائيين، تقول لـ”العرب” إنها تعتبر حفلات التوقيع بمثابة جسر تواصل مباشر مع الكاتب، وفُرصة مناسبة لطرح تساؤلات حول تقنيات العمل الأدبي، أو تقديم رؤى انطباعية وليست نقدية لصاحب العمل يكشف أثره عمله على القارئ.وتوضح أن حفلات التوقيع تجعل القراء يشعرون بأنهم شركاء الكاتب في عمله الأدبي، إذ يشهدون معه فرحة ميلاد النص الجديد، ويتعرفون بشكل أكبر على أبطاله وشخوصه الذين تخيلوهم كبشر حقيقيين.الاهتمام المتزايد بحفلات التوقيع يعكس تحسن سوق الكتب على المستوى العربي لكنه لا يعكس قيمتها الفنيةوتقول زينة محمود، طالبة بكلية الهندسة جامعة القاهرة، لـ”العرب” إن لديها توقيعات إهداء من نحو 120 من الروائيين والكتاب العرب. وتضيف أن تلك التوقيعات تمثل ذكريات جميلة لعلاقات ممتدة تجعل من أصحابها كتّابا مفضلين لديها كقارئة، وحصولها على توقيع لكاتب ما، يدفعها بالضرورة لقراءة باقي إصداراته وتشعر أنها معنية بتتبع مراحل تطوره.ويعي العديد من الكتاب أهمية التوقيع على كُتبهم، فيتبارون في تنميق وصياغة عبارات مميزة، وإكليشيهات جذابة، تُشعر الجمهور بالمودة، فيقوم البعض برسم وجوه إلى جانب التوقيع المُذيل في الغالب بكلمتي مع محبتي أو مودتي.ويعتبر جمهور القراءة الكاتب أشبه بنجم فني، ما يدفع البعض منهم إلى الاهتمام بالتقاط الصور الفوتوغرافية معه، وتمثل الحفلات المذكورة فرصة نموذجية لذلك.ويلعب اختيار أماكن ومواعيد الحفلات دورا مهما في نجاحها، لذا تحرص دور النشر على اختيار أماكن معروفة وقريبة من وسط المدينة ليسهل الوصول إليها، وتُفضل في الغالب أيام العطلات الرسمية أو آخر الأسبوع كمواعيد للحفلات.ويهتم بعض منظمي الحفلات باستضافة أسماء مشهورة لأدباء وكتاب وشخصيات عامة كضيوف شرف لحفل التوقيع، ما يساهم في جذب المزيد من الجمهور للمشاركة.كما يقوم البعض بالاستعانة بفنانين وموسيقيين لتقديم فقرة فنية في بداية الحفل كنوع من عناصر الجذب الإضافية للجمهور المستهدف.مع التوسع الكبير لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خلال السنوات الأخيرة، يلجأ المنظمون عادة إلى الإعلان عن حفل التوقيع عليها قبل أسبوع على الأقل من الحدث، ودعوة الجمهور العام للحضور والحصول على توقيع الكاتب.ورأى مبدعون أن الاهتمام المتزايد بحفلات التوقيع يعكس التحسن الواضح في سوق الكتب على المستوى العربي، وتعد تلك الحفلات ضرورة لتوسيع نطاق القراء وزيادة مبيعات الكتب.ويقول الروائي المصري حمدي أبوجُليل، لـ”العرب”، إنه يتفق تماما مع أي وسيلة ضرورية للترويج للكتاب تساهم في جذب جمهور جديد إلى ساحة القراءة.هناك كتاب لهم شعبية وجماهير في كافة دول العالم، وهو أمر طبيعي، وهناك كتاب نخبة أكثر إبداعاويوضح أنه تصاحب حفلات التوقيع أخبار منشورة هنا وهناك عن الكتاب في الصحف أو على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، ما يصُب في صالح الثقافة العامة.ويشير إلى أن حضور جماهير كبيرة لكاتب ما أمر محمود، بغض النظر عن مستوى ذلك الكاتب الأدبي، وأن جذب الجمهور لقراءة الإبداع بشكل عام خطوة أولية لدفعه إلى قراءة مختلف مستويات الأدب، والقارئ مع الوقت يُصبح قادرا على تذوق الأعمال الأدبية والتخير بينها في ما بعد، وذلك أفضل كثيرا من ترك الساحة أمام الساعين للثقافة للوقوع فريسة لكتب التطرف والتعصب الديني.ويتابع أبوجُليل قائلا “هناك كتاب لهم شعبية وجماهير في كافة دول العالم، وهو أمر طبيعي، وهناك كتاب نخبة أكثر إبداعا، ومن المنطقي أن يحظى الأدب الشعبي بحضور كثيف في حفلات التوقيع، لأن القراء أكثر هنا، ولا ينبغي الانزعاج من ذلك”.وبالطبع لا يعكس حجم الحضور بالضرورة مستوى الكاتب الفني، لأن هناك أدباء انعزاليين بطبيعتهم، وهناك من لا يهتمون أصلا بحفلات التوقيع.ويشدد الروائي أحمد القرملاوي لـ”العرب”، على أن الكتاب في نهاية الأمر يعد سلعة لها مدخلات إنتاجية وسوق، وأي سلعة تحتاج إلى ترويج لائق يتناسب مع طبيعتها وقيمتها، وحفلات التوقيع إحدى وسائل التسويق الفعال، ولا تعيب الكاتب أو دار النشر.
وأدت المنافسة في إعداد وإخراج حفلات التوقيع بين الكتاب، خاصة الشباب منهم، إلى نشوء مهنة جديدة يحترفها في الغالب شباب، هي مهنة منظمي حفلات التوقيع.ويعمل هؤلاء في مجالات مختلفة، مثل تسويق وبيع الكتب أو إخراج الحفلات أو خبراء التسويق على مواقع التواصل، وتتلخص مهمتهم في جذب أكبر عدد من الحضور إلى حفل التوقيع.وقالت دعاء سليط، خبيرة التسويق على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، لـ”العرب”، إن مقياس نجاح حفلة التوقيع، هو جذب قراء جُدد من خارج نطاق معارف الكاتب أو دار النشر المصدرة للكتاب.وإذا كان البعض يعتبر حفلات التوقيع وسيلة لقياس شعبية الكاتب، فهناك مَن يرون أن ثمة قدرا ما من الافتعال يُصاحب بعض حفلات التوقيع، لأنها لا تعكس بشكل حقيقي جماهيرية الكاتب، والجماهيرية نفسها لا تؤكد مستواه الأدبي بين أقرانه.وكشف أحد الناشرين المصريين، اعتذر عن ذكر اسمه، لـ”العرب” أن جمهور حفلات التوقيع، في الغالب جمهور افتراضي، وقد لا يكون مهتما بالثقافة، لأن بعض الكتاب يلجأون إلى دعوة الأقارب والأصدقاء والمعارف بعيدا عن استهداف الجمهور الحقيقي. كما يلجأ آخرون إلى توزيع أعمالهم الأدبية مجانا للمشاركين في حفلات التوقيع، لادعاء جماهيرية كبيرة لاستخدامها في الترويج لأعمالهم، ومثل هذه الحالات تشوه الفكرة بصورة ما، غير أنها لا تعني أن الظاهرة سلبية في عمومها.
