  The crown of the cities White Nile is witnessing a growing social and service cultural movement over the past months, in which poets, writers, theater and sports people contribute to teachers and teachers. The month of Ramadan witnessed a cultural season in which all the city participated. This social-cultural act was recently established by the launch of the Kosti Public Library, the Kosti Club, which is very reliable in the revival of cultural, social and humanitarian work. The public library is the window of the city and its face is a noise and a real rider supporting the sports renaissance, which is read with the club's victories and the revival of the teams Ahli, Jihad, flame, Crescent and Mars.
 The public library of Kosti needs to have the arms and hands folded for a real impact of the general renaissance in this central city
