لا يمكن ان نتكلم على امة عربية واحدة و هي تتكلم بثقافات مختلفة حيث نجد المواطن المغاربي اقرب له الفرنسي من المواطن العربي الشرقي و نجد المواطن المصري اقرب له الإنكليزي من مواطن عربي لدولة عربية مجاورة... الإستعمار نجح في تشتيتنا ثقافيا و اقتصاديا و حتى اجتماعيا و الآن يحاول تشتيتنا حتى لغويا، بدأنا نسمع عن لغة لبنانية و لغة مغربية... و ما الذي يجمعنا غير اللغة؟ هل تجمعنا مشاريع اقتصادية او في البنية التحتية...؟ ابدا كي تذهب من بلد لآخر يجب ان تمر عبر روما او باريس! اذن المسألة في غاية من الخطورة و يجب علينا ان نتدارك الأمر قبل فوات الأوان و اول ما يجب ان نبتدئ به هو توحيد التعليم و مناهجه حيث تصبح عندنا وزارة واحدة للتربية و التعليم لها فروع في كل العواصم العربية
