قطر وهبت نصف مليار دولار للحشد الشعبي بالعراق

ما زالت أخبار فضيحة تمويل قطر لتنظيم إرهابي في العراق تتدفق، حيث أكدت مصادر عراقية لصحيفة "عكاظ" أن وزير الخارجية القطري التقى رئيس الوزراء العراقي حيدر العبادي في بغداد الأسبوع الماضي، وطلب منه تحويل مبلغ نصف مليار دولار الذي كان مخصصا لإطلاق سراح القطريين المخطوفين كهدية من الدوحة لدعم ميليشيات الحشد الشعبي.

والتفاصيل كالتالي، ففي الثالث من أبريل الماضي، بعثت الدوحة سفيرها في بغداد لمحاولة إطلاق سراح 24 قطريا خطفتهم ميليشيات حزب الله العراقي.

وبعد مرور ثلاثة أيام، وصلت طائرة تقل مستشار أمير قطر مع وزير الخارجية، حيث فوجئ موظفو المطار بثلاث وعشرين حقيبة تحوي نصف مليار دولار.

من جانبها، حاولت قطر تبرير موقفها، حيث تحدث وزير الخارجية الشيخ محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني في تصريحات صحافية، عن أن الأموال دخلت إلى العراق بعلم الحكومة، وأنها طلبت منهم تقديم المساعدة لإطلاق سراح المختطفين القطريين.

هذا وأكدت مصادر صحافية عدة، من بينها "عكاظ" السعودية، إبلاغ الدوحة بغداد أن الأموال هدية للحكومة، ولدعم ميليشيات الحشد المنضوية تحتها.
