The time for silence is over. The time has come to announce clearly and frankly that the Sudanese revolution, which started from the Sudanese cities on December 13, 2018, is working with various forces from different starting points to abort it and empty it of its goals. What is called the deep state and the stakeholders that the revolution threatened, not all of them are the only source of danger. The imminent threat that threatens the Sudanese state is that the revolution was turned around by child opportunist forces that used to abort popular hopes, as happened in October 1964 and March - April 1985 AD. It depends on the nature of the system that supports the wealthy from resources and wipes out the vast majority of producers in favor of opportunistic, not national, forces. In Sudan’s aborted experiences towards democratization and building a civil state, the parasitic opportunist forces have besieged Sudan and pushed it away from its national, regional and international role, by relying on embracing the projects of global extremism with their contradictions. Today, the country has a violent, extremist country hostile to human values ​​allied with Iran and China, centers of extremism and transnational terrorist crime. The new change that the Sudanese revolution proposes after more than six decades Independence is the realization by the Sudanese people of its goals in building the nation and managing its diversity. The Sudanese people know the goals of the forces hostile to their aspirations internally, internally and globally. Despite the plans and conspiracies of the opportunistic political elites that exchanged the roles of power with their civilian and military dictators ’faces with a mechanism of political fraud that followed the regime’s faces (military-democratic), the Sudanese people decided to continue the fateful interconnection and maintenance of Uh shared between the components of equal social and political peace. The goal of the Sudanese people is a free, democratic, and modern state on the basis of citizenship, dominated by peace, social justice and human rights. On the national day of our country, we affirm our strict commitment to its goals, the revolution, and its serious project of change and national construction on new foundations, bypassing the chains of isolation woven by opportunist powers that are important to them other than wealth and are responsible for the systematic impoverishment of all segments, classes, and classes of the people.
The Movement of the Poor and the Vanguard of the Revolution announces with a loud voice that it adheres to the goals of the Sudanese revolution and will not relinquish it and will not accept the reproduction of the old system to perform the same criminal function in impoverishing the vast majority and destroying rural societies. The great one who made sacrifices and looks with all determination confidently to establish the authority of the people by agreeing on the highest national interests, for the revolution means the victory of the new social forces that carry the flags of trust in the people, so that all those who work to increase the suffering of the people adhere to Issues and tools in order to change for a better tomorrow for Sudan. The continuation of the interconnected popular struggle confirms the victory of the popular revolution over the forces of darkness and is the only guarantor of democratic transformation and a just and lasting peace.
 The movement of the poor and the avant-garde, on Independence Day, calls on everyone to work together to bring our country out of the clutches of political backwardness and new old corruption by eradicating the old system and its culture inherited from the colonial era. To establish with determination and firmness the democratic system, the regime for which blood was spilled and martyrs martyred. We in the movement of the poor and the pioneers of the revolutionaries are counting on the continued rhythm of the revolution to resolve the complex complicated and stuck files that the opportunist forces manipulate, especially the raising of economic pressure and the solution of the problem of living distress. We have committed to adhere to the goals of the revolution and popular hopes for this. We will work to besiege the forces of underdevelopment and dependence and close all doors to the return of the old regime.

بيـــان من حركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار
  الشعب السوداني الثائر
انتهى زمن الصمت ،  فقد آن الآون ان نعلن بكل وضوح وصراحة ،ان الثورة السودانية التي انطلق من المدن السودانية في 13/ ديسمبر/2018 تعمل قوى عديدة من منطلقات مختلفة لاجهاضها وافراغها من اهدافها، طبيعي ان تعمل قوى النظام القديم لاعادة عقارب ساعة الثورة للوراء، فمايسمى بالدولة العميق واصحاب المصالح التي هددتها الثورة ليس كل هؤلاء مصدر الخطر الوحيد ، فالخطر الداهم الذي يهدد الدولة السودانية ان الثورة  التفت حولها قوى انتهازية طفيلة اعتادت اجهاض الامال الشعبية كما حدث في اكتوبر 1964 ومارس – ابريل1985م  فاعادت انتاج النظام القديم ، الان  تسعى ذات القوى  للمحافظة على طبيعة النظام الذي يدعم الاثرياء من الموارد ويقفر السواد الاعظم من المنتجين  لصالح قوى انتهازية لا وطنية . ففي تجارب السودان المجهضة نحو التحول الديمقراطي  وبناء الدولة المدنية عمدت  القوى الانتهازية الطفيلية الى محاصرة السودان ودفعه  بعيدا عن دوره الوطني والاقليمي والدولي ،بالارتماء في احضان مشروعات التطرف العالمية بتناقضاتها، فقامت باغلاق الباب امام مسار الحرية العامة  والديمقراطية والعدالة الاجتماعية ، فمهدت القوى الانتهازية بالامس كما تفعل اليوم لدولة ثيقراطية متطرفة معادية للقيم الانسانية متحالفة مع ايران والصين ومراكز التطرف والجريمة الارهابية العابرة للحدود.المتغيير الجديد الذي تطرحه الثورة السودانية بعد مايزيد عن الست عقود من عمر  الاستقلال هو ادراك السعب السوداني لاهدافه في البناء الوطني وادارة تنوعه، فالشعب السوداني يعرف مرامي القوي المعادية لتطلعاته داخليا واقيميا وعالميا فالشعب قادر على اجهاض تطلعات اثرياء الحروب ومافي الازمات  وحلفاء المنظمات الدولية، فقد عقدت القوى الحية العزم علي المضي في الكفاح حتى النصر بتحقيق تطلعات  الشعب السوداني رغم خطط  ومؤامرات النخب السياسية الانتهازية التي تبادلت أدوار السلطة بوجهيها الدكتاتورييين المدني والعسكري بآلية الاحتيال السياسي التعاقيب لوجوه النظام (عسكري - ديمقراطي) ،  الشعب السوداني  قرر مواصلة الترابط المصيري و صيانة الحياة المشتركة بين مكوناته المتكافئة بالسلام السياسي الاجتماعي . فغاية الشعب السوداني دولة حرة ديمقراطية عصرية  علي أسسها المواطنة  تسودها السلام و العدالة الاجتماعية وحقوق الانسان . اننا في  اليوم الوطني لبلادنا نؤكد التزامنا الصارم باهدافها الثورة ومشروعها الجدي للتغيير والبناء الوطني على اسس جديد متجاوزين احابيل العزلة التي نسجتها قوى انتهازية لايهمها غير الثراء وهي المسؤلة عن الافقار الممنهج لكل شرائح وفئات وطبقات الشعب.
ان حركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار تعلن بالصوت العالي انها تتمسك باهداف الثورة السودانية  ولن تتنازل عنها ولن تقبل باعادة انتاج النظام القديم ليؤدي ذات الوظيفة الاجرامية في افقار السواد الاعظم وتدمير المجتمعات الريفية، ستعمل حركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار-  على الحفاظ على ما تحقق بوحدة القوى الثورية  وارادة الشعب العظيم الذي قدم التضحيات وتتطلع بكل حزم واثق لإقامة سلطة الشعب من خلال التوافق على المصالح الوطنية العليا ، فالثورة تعني  انتصار القوي الاجتماعية الجديدة الحاملة  لرايات الثقة في الشعب  فالتصدي  لكافة الذين يعملوا لزيادة معانات الشعب تمسكا  بقضاياه وبادوات التغيير من أجل من اجل غد افضل للسودان . ان استمرار الكفاح الشعبي المترابط يؤكد   انتصار الثورة الشعبية علي قوي الظلام وهو الضامن الوحيد للتحول الديمقراطي والسلام العادل الدائم.
 ان حركة الفقراء و طلائع الثوار ، في  يوم الاستقلال تدعو الجميع  للعمل المشترك لتخرج  بلادنا من براثن  التخلف السياسي والفساد القديم الجديد عبر اجتثاث النظام القديم  وثقافته الموروثة من الحقبة الاستعمارية  . ليقام بعزم وحزم  النظام الديمقراطي ، ذلك النظام الذي من اجله اريقت الدماء واستشهد الشهداء. نحن في حركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار نعول على استمرار ايقاع الثورة  لحسم الملفات المعقدة المركبة العالقة  التي تتلاعب بها القوى الانتهازية وعلى راسها رفع الضغط الاقتصادي وحل مشكلة الضائقة المعيشية. فقد التزمنا التمسك باهداف الثورة والامال الشعبية من اجل هذ سنعمل على محاصرة  قوى التخلف والتبعية واغلاق كافة الابواب لعودة النظام القديم.
