L.A. Times Dinner Series: Luncheon with

the stars, Orange County Edition

The L.A. Times Dinner Series heads south to Orange County

for this exciting luncheon event with Knife Pleat restaurant,

featuring Michelin-starred chef Tony Esnault

and restaurateur Yassmin Sarmadi. Enjoy a gourmet

4-course modern French and seasonal menu that

emphasizes California’s bounty of produce, leaving your

tastebuds satisfied with fresh vegetables, fish, black winter

truffles and a refreshing citrus dessert while tuning in to a

fun conversation with actors (Will & Grace) and Dan

Bucatinsky (Scandal). Gourmet meal kits also feature BON

V!V spiked seltzer and a tasty treat courtesy of Sumo Citrus,

plus an optional caviar and champagne add-on. Attending

this event helps the L.A. Times Foundation to donate

$10,000 to Project Angel Food as part of our ongoing

Dinner Series partnership.

Project Angel Food prepares and delivers healthy meals to

feed people impacted by serious illness, bringing comfort

and hope every day. As serious illness can be very isolating,

PAF drivers are often the only human interaction a client

may have during their homebound day, and they are often

referred to as their “angels.”

Project Angel Food is the loving neighbor who knows that

food is medicine, food is love, and food nourishes the soul.

We believe no one fighting critical illness should go hungry,

which is why we personally deliver, with care and

compassion, free medically-tailored meals, handmade with

healthy ingredients to those in our community who are

hungry and alone.
