وهكذا انبثقتْ “الثورةُ الإرتريَّة ” عبر إعلانِ ” الكفاح الإرتريِّ ” الذيْ سبقه تحركٌ سلميٌّ تبلوَّرَ في أعلى تجلياتهِ عبر “حركة تحريرِ إرتريا ” وخلاياها السباعيَّة التيْ وضعتْ اللبناتِ الأولى لمسيرةِ النَّضالِ ,, وقامتْ بالتعبئةِ السلميَّةِ والدعوةِ لاستقلالِ ” إرتريا ” ضدّ قرار ” الفيدراليَّة ” الجائر ,, حيثُ تآمرتْ ” منظمةُ الأممِ المتحدَّةِ ” ومِنْ خلفها ” الولاياتُ المتحدَةُ الأمريكيَّة ” على ” البلادِ ” بإلحاقها وفقَ ذلكَ القرار بالدَّولةِ الإقطاعيَّةِ الأكثر تخلفاً حينذاكْ ” إثيوبيا ” ,, ليسّْتشهدَ في تلك المرحلة “رموزٌ وطنيَّةٌ إرتريَّةٌ ” مثلَ : “عبدالقادر كبيريْ”  وآخرونَ في دربِ البداياتِ الأولى تلكْ لبحثِ شعبٍ عن تحرُّره وأرضٍ  اغتصبَها مستعمرٌ دَّخيلٌ وقوىً إستعماريَّةٌ كُبْرى على رأسِها ” الولاياتِ المتحدةِ الأمريكيَّة ” التيْ ساندتْ ” المستعمرَ الإفريقيَّ الجديدَ ” حينذاكْ وبكلِّ ” قوة الطغيانِ” خدمة لمصالحها في المنطقة ..وأقامتْ محطتها / رادرها المُسمى ” غانّيوْ ستيشنْ ” لرصدِ التحركاتِ في منطقةِ ” البحرِ الأحمر ” عبر ” خادمِ الغربِ ” حينها “الأمبراطور/ هيليْ سيلاسيْ / تفرِّيْ مكننْ ” الذيْ أحاط نفسه بخرافةِ ” أسَد يهوذا ” لدغدغةِ عواطف ” الغربْ ” و” إسرائيلْ ” ,, حيثُ سقطَ حكمه بيدِ “العقيدِ/ منغستوْ هيليْ ماريامْ ” الإشتراكيِّ,, وكما قالَ وزيرُ خارجية ” الولاياتِ المتحدةِ الأمريكيَّةِ ” حينذاكْ ” جونْ فوسترْ دالاسْ ” : أنَّ مصالحَ ” أمريكا ” تستدعيْ حجبَ حقَّ الشعبِ الإرتريِّ في الإستقلالِ وإلحاقه بـ ” إثيوبيا ” المتخلفة في بداية خمسينياتِ القرنِ الماضيْ ,, ,, وبالتزامنِ كانتْ ” الثورةُ الإرتريَّة ” قدْ تصاعدَ مدُّها بعد أنّْ قامَ الإمبراطورُ المخلوعُ بإحراقِ المدنِ والقرى الإرتريَّة وبدأ “ضوءُ المقاومةِ ” ينتشرُ عبر السُّفوحِ والمنخفضاتِ والتلالِ والهضبة الإرتريَّة ,,  وقوافلُ الشُّهداءِ والتضحياتِ تتنامى وتملأ آفاقَ السَّماء وأسماعَ العالم  الذيْ ساندَ في معظمهِ ” قوى البغيِّ والعدوانْ ” عبر مختلفِ المَرَاحلِ ,, ولكنْ وبفضلِ عزيمة ” الإنسانِ الإرتريِّ ” وقدراته الدائمة على التضحيةِ والعطاءِ ومتانةِ ” بنيانهِ المرصوصِ ” و” وحدتِهِ ” التيْ صقلتها التجاربُ ومَسيرةُ النضالِ المشتركة فيْ سبيلِ وطنٍ شامخٍ فولاذيِّ الإرادة عبر” مجموعاتِ إرتريا التِسّْعِ العرقيَّةِ”/ ( البِداويتْ / العَفَرْ / النَّارا /البِلينْ / التغرينَّة / السَّاهوْ / التِّغريْ / الرَّشايدة / الكوناما ) ,, وهو ماشكَّلَ ” العمادَ الأساسَ للدَّولةِ الإرتريَّةِ” التيْ تمَّ إعلانُها بعد تحرير كاملَ التَّرابِ الوطنيّْ في 24 مِنْ مايوْ للعامْ 1991م ,, وأصرَّتْ ” إرتريا ” على “إجراء استفتاءٍ مصيريٍّ ” كانتْ قدْ قررتهُ في العام ” 1980م” ليكونَ تحتَ إشرافِ ” الأممِ المتحدّة ” ,, وقد خرَجَ الشَّعبُ الإرتريِّ بكاملِ إرادتهِ / عزمهِ / تضحياتِهِ / عنفوانهِ وهو يقولُ : نعمْ للاستقلالِ بنسبةٍ فاقتْ 99,8% في مشهدٍ حضاريٍّ سجلتهُ أحرفُ البشريَّةِ بمدادٍ مِنْ نورٍ,, وبعد أنّْ أكَّد ” حريته ” بنضالٍ مسلَّحٍ استمرَّ 30 عاماً ,, لترثَ ” الجبهة الشعبيَّة لتحريرِ إرتريا ” التيْ توَّجتْ ” نضالاتِ الشَّعبَ الإرتريّْ ”  تِرْكةً مثقلةً بالأعباءِ الإجتماعيَّة والسياسيَّةِ وإقتصادٍ دمرهُ وسلبهُ المستعمرُ حيويتهِ ووصلَ به إلى القاعْ .

وماكادَ ” الشَّعبُ الإرتريُّ ” يتنسَّمُ بواكير الحريَّة وتبدأ ” الحكومة الإرتريَّة ” بمعالجةِ ” كوارثَ الحرب” التيْ أطلَقَ رصاصتها الأولى “القائدُ الشَّهيدُ الأسطوريْ / حامد إدريسْ عواتيْ” لتنطلقَ المعركة الأولى صوب التحرُّر من المستعمرِ ” الإثيوبيْ ” في الأولِ مِنْ سبتمبر من العام 1961م .

وقدْ بدأتْ تظهرُ إلى العيانِ مُضايقاتُ ” زُمرة الويانيْ / الجبهة الشعبيَّة لتحريرِ تغرايْ” التيْ استلمتْ ” سدَّة الحكمْ ” فيْ العام 1991م بعد أنّْ تحالفتْ معها ” الجَبهة الشَّعبيَّة لتحريرِإرتريا ” فيْ وجهِ عدوٍ مشتركٍ حينذاكْ هو ” نظام العقيد / منقستوْ هيليْ ماريامْ – الدَّرْقْ “,, حيثُ سانَدَتْ ” الجبهةُ الشَّعبيَّةُ لتحريرِ إرتريا ” نظامَ ” مِلليتْ / ويَّانيْ ” والذيْ ينتميْ إلى أقليةِ “إقليمِ تِغْرايْ الإثيوبيْ ” لأيمانها العميقِ بحقِّ الشُّعوبِ فيْ مقاومةِ الطُّغيانِ ,, وانتصاراً منها لـ ” إثيوبيا ” جديدة خالية مِنْ أطماعِ الهيمنةِ والتوَّسُّعِ والطُّغيانِ ,, وقامتْ  فيْ الـ24 مِنْ مايو 1991م بتأمينِ العاصِمةِ الإثيوبيَّةِ ” أدِّيسْ أبابا ” بعد سقوطِ ” نظامِ الدَّرقْ ” وهزيمته وتكسُّر آلتِهِ الحربيَّة أمام جحافلِ العزمِ الإرتريِّ ,, ولجوء ” العقيد / منغستوْ هيليْ ماريامْ” إلى ” زيمبابويْ ” ,, و”تفكُّكِ ترسانتِهِ العسكريَّة ” أمام ” الجيشِ الشَّعبيِّ الإرتريِّ ” رغم أنَّهُ كانَ مدعوماً مِنْ القوى العظمى ويعجُّ جيشُهُ بالخبراءِ ” السُّوفييتْ ” ,, كما عُدَّ ثانيْ الجيوش الإفريقيَّة حينذاكْ مِنْ حيث ” القوة ” والعُدَّة والعتاد والكثرة ,, وكلُّ ذلكْ والشَّعبُ الإرتريُّ لايتعدى  الثلاثة ملايينْ نسمة أمام عشراتِ الملايين تصِلُ إلى الثمانينَ مليوناً  فيْ ذلكَ الحينْ.

وعندما تربَّعتْ ” زُمْرَةُ ويَّانيْ / مِلليتْ ” فوقَ سُّدَّةِ حُكْمِ ” إثيوبيا ” فيْ مايو من العامْ 1991 ظهرتْ “أحلامُ الزُّمْرَة ” في البروزِ إلى العيانِ ,, بينما بدأتْ الدَّولةُ الإرتريَّة فيْ لملمةِ ” بقايا الحَرْبِ ” والسَّعيّ الدؤوب لإنعاشِ الإقتصادِ المنهك طوال ثلاثةِ عقودٍ ,, حيثُ قامتْ بإصدارِ ” عُملتها الوطنيَّة/ نَقْفَه ” في العام 1997م ,, ليعودَ “الدَّاءُ القديمُ الجديدُ ” !! ألا وهوَ “عقلية التوسُّعِ والهيمنة والجُّورِ” ,, وتنفجرَ الحربُ العدوانيَّة فيْ ” مايو من العامِ 1998م ” بإعلانِ ذلكَ عبر ” البرلمانِ الإثيوبيْ ” الذيْ كانتْ تسيطرُ عليه “زُمْرةُ الويَّانيْ ” الحاكمة قبلَ سقوطها الأخيروالمريع عنْ سدَّة الحكم في ” إثيوبيا ” في الـ15 مِنْ مارسْ 2018م بفعلِ ” انتفاضةِ الشُّعوبِ الإثيوبيَّةِ ” التيْ اشتدَّ أوارُها بفعلِ الظلمِ والقهرِ الإقتصاديِّ والسياسيِّ والإجتماعيِّ مِنْ قبلِ ” المجموعة الحاكمة ” باسمِ ” الإهْوَدَقْ ” طوال سنواتِ تربُّعها على عرشِ السُّلطَةِ منذُ العام 1991م ,, ولتدخلَ إرتريا ” دوامَة ” حربٍ وجوديَّةٍ طاحنةٍ جديدةٍ ودفاعٍ عنْ “سيادة وطنٍ ” مهرته قوافلُ شهداءٍ بلغتْ في فترة الكفاح المسلَّح أكثر مِنْ 65 ألفَ  شهيدةٍ وشهيدٍ ,, ومئاتِ الآلافِ مابين لاجيءٍ ولاجئة واقتصادٍ مدّمرٍ بدأ  ينتعشُ ويسجِّلُ معدلاتِ نموٍ جديدةٍ بلغتْ في العام 1997م 7% ,, ولتقومَ ”  الولاياتُ المتحدَّةُ الأمريكيَّةُ ” مِنْ جديد وعبر ” الحزبِ الديمقراطيِّ الأمريكيِّ ” الحاكمِ في تلك الفترة بدعم هذه ” الزُّمْرَة ” التيْ عملتْ كـ” وكيلٍ ” لتنفيذِ ” أجنداتٍ خارجيَّةٍ ” في المنطقة بما يشكلُ تهديداً لمصالحِ ” شُعوبِ القرنِ الإفريقيِّ” ,, وبدعمٍ مِنْ ” منظمة الإخوانِ المسّْلمينْ ” الإرهابيَّة ومخلبها في المنطقة ” المؤتمر الوطنيْ – نظام البشير ” الذيْ سقط لاحقاً أيضاً عبر انتفاضةٍ شعبيةٍ عارمةٍ في الـ11 مِنْ إبريلْ 2019م بعد أنّْ اغرقَ ” السُّودانْ ” في فقرٍ وفسادٍ ونهبٍ لثرواتِهِ الوفيرة ,, كما شكَّلَ حاضنةً للـ ” إرهابِ الدوليِّ” وتحتَ مُسمَّى ” ولايةِ شرقِ إفريقيا ” و” تمويلِ ” مايسمَّى بـ” رابطةِ المنخفضاتِ الإرتريَّة ” المدعومة منها,, والتيْ تتخذُ ” بريطانيا ” مقرَّاً رئيساً لها ,, وكذا عبرمجموعةِ ” الأجاآزيانْ ” التيْ ترتكزُ على مقولة ” تغرايّْ / تغرينيَّة ” ويمولُّها جهازُ مخابراتِ ” الويَّانيْ ” في محاولةٍ – قديمة جديدة – لتقسيم ” الشَّعب الإرتريّْ ” ,, و”تفكيكِ وحدته ” ليتسنَّى ” لهذه القوى العدوَّة سحقَ منجزاته النضاليَّة ” طوال عقودٍ طويلةٍ عبر حقِبِ الإستعمارِ المتوالية,, ولأنَّ ” الحكومةَ الإرتريَّةَ ” وجدتْ نفسَها أمام هذه ” النُّظمِ العميلة ” مِنْ حولها بما أضطرها أنّْ تدافعً بيدٍ وتديرَ ” ضروراتِ العيشْ ” و” عجلة الإقتصادِ ” لشعبها باليدِ الأخرى.

وفي ظلِّ هذه “الأنشوطة الدمويَّة” وتكالبِ ” قوى الخرابِ ” عليها قامتْ ” الحكومةُ الإرتريَّة ” بالسّعيْ الدؤوبِ لـ ” صيانة الوجود الحيويْ ” و” الأرضِ الإرتريَّة ” و”إنسانها” ودحر مخططاتِ العدوان ومحاولة تدمير منجزاتِ الوطن عبرالعملِ يداً بيد في طريقِ إرساء ” مقوماتِ البنيّة التحتيَّةِ ” مِنْ طرقٍ وسدودٍ وتوفير المواد الأوليَّة التيْ يحتاجها ” مواطنوها ” وسطَ أجواء ” اللاحرب واللاسلمْ ” و” الحصار ” وتحتَ ظلالِ “غيومِ قراراتِ الحظر والتضييق والخنقِ المتواصلة” لـ ” محو الكيان الإرتريّ ” أوعلى أقلِ تقديرٍ !! لـ ” تنصيبِ مرتزقةٍ ماجورينْ ” يتمُّ جلبهمْ / جلبهنَّ – في حالِ نجحتْ خطط التآمر -على متنِ ” دبَّاباتِ الويَّانيْ ” و” الأخوانْ ” ووكيلهم – حينها – في المنطقة ” نظام المؤتمر الوطنيْ / البشير ” وشركائهمْ ,, واتجاهاً إلى تقسيمِ ” إرتريا ” كـ” حلمٍ إستعماريٍّ قديمٍ / جديدٍ ” بينْ ” المنخفضاتِ ” باسم ” رابطة المنخفضاتْ ” ,, و” المرتفعاتْ ” باسم ( الأجاآزيانْ ) وفقَ ” أجنداتٍ ” موَّلتها ” قوى المخابراتِ الأجنبيَّة ” وبتبعيَّةٍ مِنْ نظاميْ ” الويانيْ ” و” البشير ” اللذين سقطا في ” بئرٍ سحيقةٍ من الخزيّ ” وإلى الأبدِ ,, وهذا الصراعُ المحمومُ لـ ” نفيِّ الوجودِ الإرتريّ”  أخذ مِنْ جهدِ وتضحياتِ الإنسانِ الإرتريِّ الكثير ,, كما كلفَ الشَّعبَ  الإرتريّ أكثر مِنْ 19 ألف شهيدٍ وشهيدة وكثير من المعوقين والجَّرحى  ,,وموجاتِ نزوحٍ ولجوءٍ كانتْ ضمن مخططاتِ إفراغ الواقع الإرتريِّ مِنْ  شريحة ” الشَّبابْ ” ,, وهيَ الشَّريحةُ الأهمّ في أيِّ مجتمعٍ وشعبٍ كانْ ,, وذلكَ عبر ” تنشيط عصاباتِ الإتجار بالبشر ” ,, ولكنْ ” القافلة ” مضتْ وسارتْ بدأبٍ حثيثٍ ,, حيثُ قامتْ “الحكومةُ الإرتريَّة” بعد جولاتِ الحربِ الثلاث بإطلاقِ مشروعٍ جديدٍ للتنميَة هو برنامج “وارسايْ يكألوْ ” ,, وذلكَ انسجاماً مع استراتيجيَّة الإعتماد على الذاتِ التيْ انتهجتها ” الجبهةُ الشعبيَّةُ ” في كلِّ مقرراتها ,, وهو الخيارُ التنمويُّ الأنسَبُ في ظلِّ العدائياتِ  التيْ تواصلتْ مدعومة من قوى كبرى وأخرى في الإقليمِ وبعض المرتزقة  الإرتريين / الإرتريَّاتْ.

وهنا يبدأ الفصلُ الأهمُّ في المسيرةِ  التنمويَّةِ الإرتريَّةِ بإرساءِ البنيَّة التحتيَّة مِنْ سدودٍ وطرقاتٍ  كبرى وصُغرى والمُضِيّ بقطاع الخدماتِ إلى أفضلِ مستوياتِهِ حيثُ لايوجدُ  أيَّ صَقْعٍ ناءٍ في ” إرتريا ” إلا وأُنشيءَ فيه ” مركزٌ طبيٌّ / عيادةٌ / مشفى ” ,, وكذا “مدرسة” و”مواصلات شعبيَّة” تربطُ مختلف أرجاء الوطن بعضه ببعضْ.

هذا وتمَّ تشييدُ ” السُّدودِ الكبرى ” مثل ” سَدّ كركَبتْ ” الذيْ يُخزِّن أكثر مِنْ ” 330 مليونْ كيلومتراً مكعباً ” من المياه ,,  ويسعى لتنميةِ أكثر من 30 ألف هيكتار من الأراضيْ تمَّ استصلاح وزراعة 10  آلافْ منها حتى الآنْ,, و” سدّ قَرْسَتْ ” الذيْ يحفظ  أكثر مِنْ 30 مليونْ متراً مكعباً من المياه ويسعى لتنميةِ 10 آلاف هيكتار  ,,وقد تمَّ استصلاح وزراعة 5 آلافْ منها ,, وكذا “سدّ مسلامْ / قَرْقَرا ” و” سَدّ قحتيلايْ ” و” سَمَمَوْ ” وغيرها ,, و”سدّ فانكوْ راويْ ” وغيرها مِنْ سدود في مختلفِ أرجاء البلاد في نظرةٍ استراتيجيةٍ مائيَّةٍ ثاقبةٍ ,, وكذا العديد مِنْ مصانعِ ” المعداتِ الزراعيَّة ” و” والآلياتِ ” مثل “مشروع ألبوْ ” الذيْ يضمُّ ” مصنعاً للآلياتِ” وكذا ” مصنعْ باناتومْ للصَلصَة” الذيْ يمدُّ العديد من القطاعاتِ الحيويَّة ومنها “الجيشَ الإرتريّ ” و” كلياتِ مايْ نفحيْ ” بإحتياجاتها ,, وكذلكَ “مصنع البلاستيكْ ” ” و” الجُسور ” و” الإسمنتْ ” في ” مصوَّعْ ” والعديد من المصانع الحيويَّة الأخرى .

هذا وقامتْ الحكومةُ الإرتريَّة وفي جهدٍ ملموسٍ بمعالجةِ ” التضخُّمِ الإقتصاديّ ” بتغيير ” العملة الوطنيَّة /” نقفه ” في نهاياتِ العام 2015 بما انعكسَ بشكلٍ إيجابيٍّ على ” قوةِ ” و” تماسكِ ” العُملة ومِنْ ثمَّ الإقتصاد الإرتريّْ .

هذا غيضٌ مِنْ فيضِ ” العمل التنمويّ الجبار” الذيْ مضتْ فيه ” الحكومةُ الإرتريَّة ” بخطىً واثقة على الرغمِ مِنَ العدائياتِ التيْ مارستها ” زُمرة الويانيْ ” وحلفاؤها عليها طوال أكثر مِنْ عقدينِ الزمنْ .

وهاهيَ الآنْ قد انتهتْ حقبة تلك العدائيات بسقوط ” الويانيْ / الملليتْ ” في قاع نهايةٍ مخزيةٍ ,, بعد أنّْ غادروا الحكمَ بدايةً مِنْ ” أديسْ أبابا ” وثانياً مِنْ ” مَقَليْ ” ومِنْ ثمَّ إلى ” المجهولِ ”  ,, ما يعطى مجالاً أرحبَ للانطلاق بالعمل التنمويِّ الإرتريِّ إلى آفاقٍ  واسعة ومتسارعة / حثيثة في الداخل ومع دول الجوار وباقي دول المنطقةِ  والعالمِ ,, والشُّروع في تنفيذِ باقيْ المشاريع الإستراتيجيَّةِ والآنية  وتحديث الميانئين الرئيسيَّين ” مصوَّع ” و” عصَبْ ” ومرافيءَ جديدة أخرى ,, وإنشاء خطوط ” السككِ الحديدية العصريَّة ” ,, وتطوير “المواصلاتِ الشعبيَّة ” و” المبانيْ السكنيَّة “,, وكذا تحديث ” الطاقة ” و” الطاقة البديلة ” و” الطُّرق ” ,, والإستمرار في تحسين “الخدمات الإجتماعيَّة” مِنْ “صحةٍ” و”تعليمٍ” و”اتصالاتٍ” بما يعودُ على ” إرتريا ” و” إنسانها ” بالخيرِ والتقدّمِ والإزدهار وتحسين معيشة مواطنيها ,, وكلُّ عامٍ وأنتنَّ – أنتمْ بألفِ خيرْ
