يُمكن أن يُطلق على خطاب الأمين العام لحزب الله السيد حسن نصر الله، أمس، توصيف «خطاب الردع». مجموعة من رسائل التهديد، وجّهها نصر الله أمس إلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، ومن «يختبئ» خلفها من أنظمة عربية و«إسرائيل». زبدة الحديث، أنّ المشروع الأميركي في المنطقة واهن، وأدواته مرتبكة وخائفة، في مقابل استعداد جبهة المقاومة لأي مواجهة، و«لإبادة مصالح أميركا في المنطقة إذا هاجمت إيران»

من موقع القوي أيضاً، أطلق نصر الله تحذيره الثاني: «الحرب على إيران، لن تبقى عند حدودها، بل يعني أنّ كلّ المنطقة ستشتعل، وكل القوات والمصالح الأميركية في المنطقة ستُباد، ومعها المتآمرون وأولهم إسرائيل وآل سعود». يدلّ ذلك على جاهزية محور المقاومة، وسقوط الحدود بين جميع الساحات الإقليمية، وتحولها إلى جبهة واحدة في وجه المحور الأميركي ــــ الإسرائيلي ــــ السعودي. لماذا قال مُرشد الجمهورية الإيرانية إنّه لن تقع الحرب؟ ولماذا تراجع مستشار الأمن القومي جون بولتون، «الكذاب وأبو الرسوم المتحركة»، عن الحديث عن إسقاط النظام الإيراني؟ تحليل نصر الله يقود إلى أنّ الأمر «ليس كرم أخلاق من أحد، بل بسبب قوة إيران». وكانت مناسبة ليغمز الأمين العام من قناة الدول العربية، بأنّ «ترامب لا يأتي ليشنّ حرباً ضدّ أشخاص لا يصمدون أسبوعاً». أما السبب الثاني، فهو إدراك ترامب وإدارته أنّ «الحرب لن تبقى عند حدود إيران. ما يهمه أن سعر برميل النفط سيرتفع إلى 200 و300 و400 دولار، يعني أنّه سيسقط في الانتخابات. أولوية ترامب هي الحرب الاقتصادية على إيران، كما الصين وفنزويلا وكوريا الشمالية». وأوضح نصر الله أنّ إيران «لن تبدأ حرباً مع أحد. أما أميركا إذا أرادت شنّ حربٍ، فيجب أن تدرس هذه الحسابات». وسخر من الأنظمة العربية، وتحديداً السعودية، التي «تريد أن يأتي ترامب للدفاع عنها. يا عمي، أنتم الذين تعملون لديه، وليس هو أداة بمشروعكم. حساباته هي الملايين والدولار والنفط. إذا شنّ حرباً، فما الداعي ليبيع السلاح؟ هناك غباء... سبحان الله».
كلام الأمين العام لحزب الله، كان بمناسبة إحياء أربعين عاماً على إعلان الإمام الخميني اليوم العالمي للقدس. أمام شعارَي «لا لصفقة القرن» و«ستتحرر»، ارتفعت رايات حزب الله وفلسطين، وكان لافتاً تنظيم استعراض عسكري للمرة الأولى بهذا الحجم (ولو الرمزي) منذ عام 2006. تماماً، كما دعا نصر الله إلى التوقف عند التظاهرات الضخمة في إيران، لإحياء اليوم العالمي للقدس، «لأنّ ترامب يقول إنّ الشعب الإيراني ينتفض على دولته وحكومته، وأنّ إيران تنهار، وستسارع إلى الاتصال به... بدّو يضلّ ناطر لتخلص السجادة. الاحتفالات في إيران «رسالة إلى كلّ الذين يراهنون على أنّ الشعب العظيم تعب. وهو لا يتظاهر في ذكرى انتصار الثورة أو دفاعاً عن النظام الإسلامي، بل حول مناسبة القدس، القضية العربية الإسلامية، يعني شأن له علاقة بالسياسة الخارجية». وتوقف أيضاً عند التظاهرات في اليمن والبحرين، «باعتبار أنّ الخطوة العملية الأولى لصفقة القرن يُراد لها أن تنطلق من البحرين، وقد خرج العلماء والشعب والقوى السياسية ليقولوا أن لا شرعية لكل ما يُقام على أرضهم».

صفقة القرن، «أو صفقة ترامب»، هي التحدي الأساسي اليوم في المنطقة. ومن واجبنا «مواجهتها لأنها صفقة الباطل، وتضييع الحقوق الفلسطينية العربية. إنها عار وجريمة تاريخية، ويجب أن تواجه بكل المعايير». هل يُمكن أن نقف بوجه هذه الصفقة؟ سأل نصر الله، مُجيباً: «بكل تأكيد نعم». بلغة الواثق، قال إنّه يجب أن «يكون لدينا كلّ الأمل والوضوح، بأننا نستطيع تحقيق الهدف ونمنع هذه الجريمة التاريخية من أن تتحقق». والـ«نا» في حديثه، تعني «الشعوب العربية، وكلّ مؤيد لقضية فلسطين». يقين نصر الله، مردّه إلى أنّ «جبهة المقاومة، هي اليوم أقوى من أي زمن مضى». ففي فلسطين، باتت المقاومة «قادرة على ضرب تل أبيب وما بعدها وتطال الكثير من المستعمرات». في لبنان، «لا شك أنه لم يأت زمان فيه مقاومة بمواجهة إسرائيل، بمستوى التطور والإمكانيات والاستعداد الموجود الآن». أما سوريا، فالمجموعات التكفيرية «تلفظ أنفاسها. والمعارضون الذين وعدوا بالصلح مع إسرائيل، والتخلي عن الجولان، أصبحوا جلساء البيوت ولم نعد نرى وجوههم». في العراق، إضافة إلى موقعه السياسي الجديد، «فشلت كل محاولات السيطرة عليه». واليمن، هو اليوم «القوة المتصاعدة، التي فشلوا في فرض إراداتهم عليها». وأضاف نصر الله إنّ «أهم عناصر القوة هي إيران. كلّ التركيز عليها لإضعاف محور المقاومة. هي الموقع المركزي في المحور، والقوة الإقليمية الأولى والعظمى. صاحبة القوة الذاتية والحقيقية. في حين قوى إقليمية أخرى تستند إلى أميركا والغرب وأجهزة المخابرات والقواعد العسكرية الأميركية». في المقابل، سأل نصر الله من هم أهم العناصر في الجبهة الثانية، التي تريد فرض صفقة القرن؟ هناك «إسرائيل». يرفض نصر الله القول إنها ضعيفة، فهي «جيش صُنعت له دولة. ولكنها في الـ 2019، أضعف من أي زمن مضى». والولايات المتحدة، «أين موقعها في العالم اليوم؟ مواجهات على امتداد العالم. أدواتها في المنطقة خائفة، مرتبكة، ضائعة. النظام السعودي وجيوشه المرتزقة فشلوا أمام شعب اليمن. وبعض الأنظمة العربية قلقة، كالأردن لأنه يخشى تحويله إلى وطن بديل للفلسطينيين وانتهاء العرش الهاشمي. حتى مصر، قلقة من مستقبل صفقة القرن، ولا تعرف موقعها ودورها الإقليمي، لو طُبقت». بناءً على ذلك، «محور المقاومة، وجبهة الرافضين لصفقة القرن، أقوياء وقادرون على مواجهتها. إذا بقينا حاضرين في كلّ الميادين، متمسكين بالحقوق، واثقين بوعده بالنصر، المستقبل للقدس وليس لترامب ولا الأقزام الذين يعملون معه». الذين وصفهم نصر الله بـ«الأقزام» كانوا يستعدّون، أثناء إلقائه كلمته، لعقد القمة الإسلامية، بعدما عُقدت قمتان عربية وخليجية في مكة. وصفها نصر الله بقمم «الاستغاثة السعودية. تُعبر عن العجز والفشل أمام الجيش اليمني والشعب اليمني واللجان الشعبية اليمنية. فأنتم تدينون ضرب أنابيب النفط، وتسكتون على ضرب شعب عربي يُذبح أطفاله ونساؤه. بلعتم ألسنتكم». القمم التي «دُعي إليها على عجل، لأنّ النظام السعودي لم يجد حلاً، وعلم أن ترامب لن يأتي ليُقاتل إيران عنكم. يقول السعوديون تعالوا أيها العرب للاستقواء بالخليج الذي مزقه، وبالعرب الذين حطمهم، وبالمسلمين الذين نشر بينهم فكر التكفير». الدليل على حضور اليمن بشكل قوي في هذه القمم، هو صدور بيان عن القمة العربية من 10 بنود، «كلّه عن إيران والحوثيين، وآخر سطرين فيه بخصوص القضية الفلسطينية». فوجد نصر الله أنّ من واجبه، «الإشادة بموقف العراق. يا ليت بقية الرؤساء العرب حكوا نصف اللغة العراقية. في المقابل، سجّل هجوماً على الوفد اللبناني برئاسة رئيس الحكومة سعد الحريري. فاعتبره موقفاً «لا ينسجم مع البيان الوزاري، ومخالفاً لتعهدات الحكومة. أين هو النأي بالنفس؟ غير مطلوب منك أن تحكي مثل الرئيس العراقي. بإمكانك أن تقول إنّ الحكومة تنأى بنفسها، كما كان يحصل في قمم أخرى». وأكد نصر الله أنّ «الموقف مرفوض ومدان ولا يُمثل لبنان».
