He also stressed the development of the border deal between Iran and the UAE in order to facilitate conditions for businessmen, fishermen and tourists, and "the benefit of the two peoples of these good relations."
The Iranian security commander stressed that the strategic Gulf region and the Sea of ​​Oman back to their peoples, saying: "We should not allow other countries to affect our regional security."
Rezai stressed the importance of telephone and field communications. He said: "Through the promotion of bilateral cooperation, we can hold two meetings annually in Tehran and Abu Dhabi, as well as field meetings in border areas between the leaders of the two countries to contain border problems and work to resolve them."
"Iran is a leader in the fight against drug trafficking and we, as the UAE Coast Guard, appreciate the actions of the Islamic Republic in this regard," said the Commander of the UAE Coast Guard, IRNA, who welcomed the development of border relations between the two countries.
The UAE security commander stressed during the meeting the need to improve the level of border relations, and to continue joint actions and sustainable coordination in order to secure trade and safety of maritime navigation.
Brigadier General Ahbabi stressed that the intervention of some countries in the first shipping lines raises problems in the region, which calls for improved relations through the establishment of security in the Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman.
Said that the delegation of UAE military, which is visiting Tehran, on Tuesday, will discuss accelerating and facilitating the exchange of security information between the two countries.
 This meeting is the sixth joint between the Emirates Coast Guard and Iran, and comes amidst tension in the region, in addition to the pursuit of the United States and the European Union to form military alliances military to confront Iran.

أكد قائد قوات حرس الحدود الإيراني، العميد قاسم رضائي، وقائد قوات خفر السواحل الإماراتي، العميد محمد علي مصلح الأحبابي، ضرورة تعزيز العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين بلديهما وتأمين الخليج.
وأفادت وكالة "إرنا" الإيرانية الرسمية بأن رضائي والأحبابي أجريا، اليوم الثلاثاء، لقاء في طهران "لبحث سبل توسيع العلاقات الدبلوماسية وتعزيز أمن الحدود بين البلدين".
ونقلت الوكالة أن قائد حرس الحدود الإيراني رحب بالوفد الإماراتي الزائر، قائلا إن "الجيرة في الإسلام تعني التعاون والتراحم"، فيما أضاف أنه سبق للجمهورية الإسلامية أن أقامت علاقات تاريخية عريقة وفي مختلف الأصعدة والمجالات مع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وهذه العلاقات اليوم متواصلة بين المستثمرين والصيادين ورجال الأعمال.
وشرح رضائي، حسب "إرنا"، الظروف السائدة حاليا على المناطق الحدودية الإيرانية التي تبلغ مساحتها 8 آلاف و755 كم، حيث قال إن إيران تواجه في المناطق الحدودية الشرقية الجماعات الإرهابية وعمليات ترانزيت المخدرات.
وتابع رضائي قائلا: "تشكل ظاهرة التهريب معضلة كبيرة للقوات الحدودية في البلدين، ومن شأن هذا اللقاء أن يمثل انطلاقة لبلوغ مستوى أمني جيد في هذا الخصوص".
ونوه المسؤول الإيراني إلى العلاقات الحدودية "الجيدة" بين إيران ودول الجوار، وقال إن "موضوع حماية الحدود يحظى بأهمية خاصية ويشكل جسرا بين الجانبين، والنهوض بمستوى العلاقات الثنائية، يسهم في توفير الأمن المستدام لشعبي البلدين".
كما أكد رضائي على تنمية التعامل الحدودي بين إيران والإمارات بهدف تيسير الظروف لرجال الأعمال والصيادين والسياح، و"انتفاع الشعبين من هذه العلاقات الجيدة".
وشدد القائد الأمني الإيراني على أن منطقة الخليج الاستراتيجية وبحر عمان يعودان إلى شعوبهما، مردفا: "ينبغي لنا ألا نسمح لسائر الدول بأن تمس بأمننا الإقليمي".
وأكد رضائي على أهمية الاتصالات الهاتفية والميدانية، وقال: "نستطيع من خلال النهوض بمستوى التعاون الثنائي أن نقيم ملتقيين سنويا في طهران وأبو ظبي، فضلا عن لقاءات ميدانية في المناطق الحدودية، بين قادة البلدين لاحتواء المشاكل الحدودية والعمل على حلها".
من جانبه، أعرب قائد قوات خفر السواحل الإماراتي، حسب "إرنا"، عن ترحيبه بتنمية العلاقات الحدودية بين البلدين، قائلا: "إيران رائدة في مكافحة تهريب المخدرات، ونحن بوصفنا خفر السواحل الإماراتي، نثمن إجراءات الجمهورية الإسلامية في هذا الخصوص".
وأكد القائد الأمني الإماراتي خلال اللقاء على ضرورة الرقي بمستوى العلاقات الحدودية، ومواصلة الإجراءات المشتركة والتنسيق المستدام بهدف تأمين التجارة وسلامة الملاحة البحرية.
وشدد العميد الأحبابي على أن تدخل بعض الدول في الخطوط الملاحية الأولى يثير المشاكل في المنطقة، بما يستدعي من خلال تحسين العلاقات إرساء الأمن في الخليج وبحر عمان.
أفاد أن الوفد الإماراتي العسكري الذي يزور طهران، اليوم الثلاثاء، سيبحث تسريع وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات الأمنية بين البلدين.
 فهذا الاجتماع هو السادس المشترك بين خفر السواحل الإماراتي والإيراني، ويأتي في ظل توتر تشهده المنطقة، بالإضافة إلى سعي الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي إلى تشكيل تحالفات بحرية عسكرية لمواجهة إيران.
ووصل وفد من خفر السواحل الإماراتي اليوم، إلى طهران، لبحث التعاون الحدودي بين البلدين، على أنيبحث أيضا تنقل الأجانب بين البلدين والدخول غير الشرعي عبر الحدود البحرية.
وكان آخر اجتماع مشترك لخفر السواحل الإماراتي الإيراني عقد عام 2013.
وتأتي زيارة الوفد الإماراتي المكون من 7 أفراد من خفر السواحل، في وقت لا يوجد فيه سفير إماراتي في إيران، وفي ظل علاقات متوترة بين البلدين.
وكانت إيران اتهمت الإمارات بالسماح للطائرة الأميركية المسيرة التي أسقطتها بالتحليق انطلاقا من قاعدة "الظفرة" العسكرية.
من جهة أخرى،  فقد صرح مسؤول إيراني رفض الكشف عن هويته قوله إن "إيران تعطي دائما بالغ الأهمية للأمن في الخليج، وهو ما يحتاج إلى تعاون كل دول الخليج".
