* Ogaden residents between Somalia and Djibouti --- Khaled Hassan Yousef

Ogaden residents between Somalia and Djibouti Khaled Hassan Yousef - The article represents a view that can be manipulated by any follower or interested - Many Somalis from Somali territory under the Ethiopian state are more concerned with the affairs of Somalia and Djibouti than their territorial integrity. This phenomenon is not very prevalent with their fellow Somalis under the Kenyan state. Their interest in the cities of Kismayo, Garbhari, Borzubo, Bawali, Mogadishu, Baldwin, Thosamrib, Aadadu, Galkayo, Garwi, Las Anoud, Barao, Hargeisa, Burma, Zila, Djibouti and Ali Sabeeh is greater than their own. In my initial belief they tend not to sacrifice and want to live easy, not to mention many of them have been merged with the two countries Somalia and Djibouti, and there is no physical link with the region, which has become a memory of forgetfulness is desirable for them Is there another perception? Or is the hypothesis itself wrong? It is known that due to the Somali-Ethio

?Why did Netanyahu forbid the evacuation of a Palestinian town

?Why did Netanyahu forbid the evacuation of a Palestinian town The residents of the village of Susya were supposed to be evicted from their illegal homes, but Netanyahu ordered a freeze on the evacuation at the last minute Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the postponement of the demolition of five illegal buildings in the Palestinian village of Susiya, south of Mount Hebron. The houses were supposed to be demolished on Tuesday. This is the third time that evacuation has been delayed in recent months. Demolition of Palestinian homes in the village of Susiya is one of the symbols of the Palestinian conflict in the West Bank. This is why Israel has been subjected to considerable international pressure, particularly in recent weeks, to prevent the demolition of homes, which would have been accompanied by extensive international coverage. There are other estimates behind the delay in house demolitions, including the visit of US Middle East envoys to the Middle East, Dav

The Link Between Jews and Money Is No Longer Taboo-----Ofri Ilany

The Link Between Jews and Money Is No Longer Taboo After years of focusing on anti-Semitism, more and more historians are daring to deal with a subject long considered untouchable Why did Adolf Hitler hate the Jews? It's not anti-Semitism if you just hate the bad Jews Is new BBC hit TV show 'McMafia' anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli? Its writer fights back The correspondence between Martin Heidegger and Hannah Arendt includes a letter that Arendt received from the German philosopher’s wife, Elfride, in April 1969. She informs Arendt that she and her husband have decided to build a small, one-story house in their backyard, and to give up the large house they’d been living in near Freiburg. The new structure “would cost about 80-100,000 DM, which we do not have, of course, but we have valuables.” To pay for the house, they decided to sell the original manuscript of Heidegger’s “Being and Time,” from 1927, which was by then considered one of the century’s seminal works of

Hassan Mneimneh--------Accountability for Africans, Americans and Arabs

The month of February in the United States is the month of African-American history, where lessons and cultural events are devoted to highlighting this important aspect of the country's past and present, which is occupied by citizens of African descent. The focus of the month, as in the general culture is twofold. The first is the achievements of African Americans, both in their political struggle and in their scientific, technical and sporting contributions. The second is the achievement of the United States of integration and equality, which must overcome the painful past. In fact, this focus is ambiguous and needs to be reviewed in depth. As in the United States, the entire Middle Eastern community also needs new and serious accountability for chapters of its history that it has never addressed. Behind the rhetoric of the achievements of African Americans are often disguised amounts of explicit patriarchy and racism confused. They praise them for breaking record numbers in

Podcasting on the rise

Podcasting on the rise By   Mark Trainer  - Jan 10, 2018 The popularity of podcasts has exploded. While there are no widely accepted estimates of the total number of podcasts available, Apple — the largest distributor — reports that more than a billion people have downloaded the 250,000 titles (in eight languages) it offers. Just as blogs have given almost everyone the opportunity to reach readers in the way only big-distribution newspapers once could, podcasts bypass traditional media and let their creators speak to as large an audience as they can attract. The earliest podcasts came in 2003. They were audio files enclosed in an RSS feed. The journalist Christopher Lydon, who voiced those first podcasts, saw their potential and recently told  The Guardian  that the original creators’ goal was to make, “every man, woman and child a broadcaster.” Who listens? A recent study  reports that 40 percent of Americans have at some time listened to a podcast, and 24 p

Sexual Assault in U.S. Military Isn’t Going Away as a Problem

Numbers of reported offenses are up, though troop surveys indicate that percentage of personnel who make accusations also has increased dramatically FILE Photo credit U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Armando A. Schwier-Morales By Ben Kesling The Wall Street Journal Dec. 28, 2017 6:08 p.m. ET Reported sexual assaults in the military are at an all-time high as the Pentagon wrestles with a problem officials say has only recently been addressed and critics say hasn’t been fully recognized. The depth and persistence of the military’s problem has taken on new relevance this year as allegations of sexual assault and harassment have rocked other parts of society, including business, entertainment and politics. The number of reported sexual assaults in the military has risen from approximately 3,000 a year in 2007 to more than twice that in 2016, according to Pentagon records. The rate of offenses likely has declined, however, according to troop surveys, as the percent
