#ما المشكلة ان يستقيل او يستبدل والي او حتى رئيس الوزراء طالما انه غير منتخب من الشعب ونال المنصب بالمحاصصات الحزبية والتوزنات الاقليمية وفقا للوثيقة المتمخضة عن مبادرة اثيوبيا والاتحاد الافريقي- اصرار عبده ربه منصور  هادي في اليمن على منصبه الذي اكتسبه  عبر المبادرة الخليجية وتجاهله لنصوص وتوفقات لجنة الدستور دفع تحالف علي عبد الله صالح وانصار الله  لاستخدام القوى طالما هادي رفض الاحتكام للانتخابات وفق لمخرجات لجنة الدستور. المبادرة الخليجية هدفت في المقام الاول للجم الثورة اليمنية  خشية تمددها في الجوار الخليجي والتاثير على منطقة حيوية ذات ابعاد جيوبلوتيكية ..هي ذات الغاية التي من اجلها اطلقت مبادرة اثيوبيا والاتحاد الافريقي بعد مجزرة فض الاعتصام كي يظل السودان في حالة ارتباك سياسي ولاينزلق للحرب الاهلية ،فالمصلحة الاقليمية المتصلة بسد النهضة واعادة ترسيم الحدود الدولية  لشرق السودان ،فرضت على الشقيقة التدخل السياسي  وتحقيق شراكة سياسية تحافظ على جذور الازمة وتغطي جمر الازمة الحي تحت الرماد يفعل متى ما فرضت ذلك الضرورات السياسية لتفعيله لصالح الاجندات الاقليمية والدولية.

 لن ندفن رؤسنا في الرمال لهذا لابد من التاكيد ان السودان دخل بظلفه بعد فض الاعتصام في الارتباك الاسترايجي ويخضع الى حد بعيد الى الابتزاز الاستراتيجي.لا مخرج الا تفعيل الدور الشعبي وادراك ان الاصل في التفويض للمسؤلية العامة الاختيار الشعبي وان التفويض الانتقالي مؤقت ومنقوص لايكتمل الا عبر صناديق الانتخابات . لهذا اذا اختارت جهة ما شخص ما لمنصب الوالي او رئيس الوزراء تستطيع ان تسحب منه الثقة.فالقاعد العامة المعروفة : " الذي عينك واقسمت امامه بامكانه رفضك واستبدالك".
