Hatem Babiker Mahel * The discussion of the Qur’an that criticizes the Torah, is it a case of estrangement and rejection of all that came in the law (Sharia) in the sense of the existence of an omitted (correct) biblical text that is not circulated among the Jews, and an (incorrect) biblical text among the Jews? Here is a hypothesis that believes that a major forgery of the biblical text took place on the part of the Jews. Is this opinion what the Qur’anic text puts forward, or the interpretations of Muslim scholars throughout history?
